How does jiniclean work?
jinclean is an online service that connects our website customers with independent home cleaning contractors. Our simple online booking system allows web customers to quickly and easily schedule cleaning appointments.
How do I register as a cleaner?
It's easy. Simply complete our
What happens after I submit my registratiion?
Your registratiion will be reviewed within a few days and we will contact you for a followup interview.
Can I continue to run my own business?
Absolutely. Jiniclean.ca is ideal for established contractors wishing to supplement their business.
How do I receive my bookings?
You will be informed of bookings by email. You can accept or decline bookings by following the instructions in the booking email.
What if I have to cancel a booking?
In the event that you need to cancel an accepted booking, we will find a replacement cleaner. You can cancel by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I get details/instructions for my bookings?
Full details/instructions will be include in your booking email. You can also get details online by logging into your account.
Do I need to supply cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. You are required to supply equipment and cleaning supplies. In some cases the customer may request that you use their own cleaning products.
What needs to be cleaned?
Our standard cleaning list can be found online in our
Standard Cleaning FAQ
. Any extra items will be listed in your booking instructions.
How does the customer pay?
We process all customer payments online.
How do I get paid.
You will be paid a standard flat rate for each hour booked. Your payment will be deposited into your bank every two weeks.
Do I have to provide an invoice to the customer?
We will invoice the customer on your behalf when the payment is processed.
