How does jiniclean work?
jinclean is an online service that connects our website customers with independent home cleaning contractors. Our simple online booking system allows web customers to quickly and easily schedule cleaning appointments.
How long will it take to clean my place?
Our booking system will reccommend the number of hours to book based on your cleaning requirements. The minimun bookable time is 2 hours.
Is my booking confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email at time of booking. Once a cleaner has been assigned, you will receive a follow-up confirmation email confirming all the details of your booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
We understand that schedules can change. Bookings can be cancelled within 24hrs of scheduled cleaning time. Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request a reschedule or cancellation.
What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?
In the event that you are not satisfied with your cleaning, The cleaner will re-clean at no additional charge to you.
Do I need to supply cleaning supplies?
The cleaner will provide the required cleaning supplies. If you wish to use your own supplies, you can indicate this during booking.
Should I be home during the cleaning?
This is your choice. We recommend that you meet the cleaner for the first time to answer any questions and clarify your requirements.
When is my payment processed?
Your payment will be processed upon completion of your cleaning.
How much will my cleaning cost?
Our hourly rate is $29 per cleaner. Extra items selected at booking will be charged at this same hourly rate. Minimum booking time is 2 hours.
Can I pay with cash?
We do not accept cash payments. Payment options are credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amereican Express) .
Will I get a receipt?
An invoice will be emailed to you after your cleaning is complete.
